Command

CREATE_MILL_TOOL
CREATE_MILL_TOOL
CREATE_MILL_TOOL <tool number>


Create a milling tool. Once created, use the SET_TOOL_DATA command to set the mill tool type.
Then use SET_TOOL_DATA again, once more for each tool parameter.

<tool number>
Tool number
