CREATE_LATHE_TOOL

CREATE_LATHE_TOOL <tool number>

Create a milling tool. Once created, you should use the SET_TOOL_DATA command to set the lathe tool tool type. Then you should use SET_TOOL_DATA again, once for each tool parameter.
