CIRCLE_PC <circle number>, <point>, <circle>

Create a circle where a given point is the center of the circle and the defined circle is just touching the new circle.
to determine a radius see CIRCLE_PCR.

Parameters

<circle number>

The number of a previously defined macro circle.

<point>

The number of an existing point.

<circle>

The number of an existing circle.
