Command
- MOVE_OP_TILE <from tile>, <to tile>, [<insert tile>]
- DESCRPTION*
Parameters
- <from tile>
- Starting operation number.
- <to tile>
- Ending operation number.
- [<insert tile>]
- 0 = Move the tile, 1 = Insert a new tile in the list (moving subsequent tiles down one) then copy to this position.
