Command
- CLOSE_PART <force close>, <save file>
- Closes the open part file.
Parameters
- <force close>
- Set to 1 to force the file to be closed, 0 to try to close it (do not close if there is an error)
- <save file>
- Set to 1 to close and save the file, 0 to close without saving
