LINE_PA <line number>, <point>, <angle>

Create a line on a point with an angle.

<line number>: The number of the line to be created.; A number between 1 and 100.
<point>: The number of an existing point.
<angle>: angle value, either degrees or radians. Positive angles indicate a CCW direction, negative for CW.

Use the DEGREES or RADIANS commands to switch between the two angle modes.
