CIRCLE_2LR <circle number>, <line 1>, <line 2>, <radius>, <option>

Create a circle tangent to two 2 lines.

<circle number>: The number of the circle to be created.; A number between 1 and 100.
<line 1>: The number of an existing line.
<line 2>: The number of an existing line.
<radius>: The circle radius
<option>: 1 to 4, to select one of the 4 possible solutions.
