Create a circle tangent to another circle, passing through a given point.

Parameters

<circle number>
The number of the circle to be created.
A number between 1 and 100.
<point>
The number of an existing point.
<circle>
The number of an existing circle.
<radius>
The circle radius
<option>
1 or 2, to select one of the 2 possible solutions.
